Returns and refunds

If an item is faulty or not as described you have 14 days post receiving the item to request a refund.

Just message me using my contact form and I will do my best to resolve any issues.

I document the packaging process, record parcel weights and keep tracking information, if postal fraud scam attempts arise I will not offer refunds. I am a one woman business trying to make ends meet, please do not steal from me.
