In rare circumstances such as a shortage of supplies or abusive customers I may cancel orders and process refunds.

Whilst I make jewellery that is intended to last I know that jewellery findings are designed to break under stress as a safety feature to prevent injuries and choking. I am happy to offer jewellery repairs for such cases at no extra cost provided the buyer covers shipping costs or can meet me in person at a location such as the m32 flea market.
